How long will it take to get my order?

Orders take from 2-5 days in cairo//giza, and in other regions in egypt it takes from 3-7 days

Do you offer worldwide shipping?

At the moment, we don’t offer worldwide shipping, but we’re actively working on it and plan to make it available soon.

What should be done if a customer wants the package but has exhausted the three delivery attempts?

If a customer still wants the package after the three delivery attempts, we can arrange one final delivery attempt for a fixed fee of 65 EGP.
